College is a time where students are expected to branch out and do things outside of their comfort zones. When you study/ intern abroad you are forced to meet new people, little do you know that those people will become your best friends. If you've studied abroad and met a few Brits who seemed to have stuck with you and who you're lucky enough to call some of your best friends, here are 10 things you know for a fact.

1. The Friends Around You Already Know Their Name Because You Talk About Them So Much.

2. You've Gotten Used to Talking via Whatsapp or Over Facebook Messenger

3. They are Usually the One to Blow Up Your Phone in the Middle of an Exam or at 4 AM

4. Whenever You Talk You Always Bring Up Old Adventures

5. You Will Always Fight Over Whose English is the Right English

6. They'll Always Have Your Daily Dose of Sarcasm

7. You're Used to People Swearing All the Time
