If you've got the summertime blues, I know how you're feeling. You're having a hard time with the whole concept of "fall." You can't seem to find anything good about going back to school, drinking hot coffee and losing an hour of sleep in a few weeks *sigh.* If you're having separation anxiety from your favorite season have no fear, your summertime blues (may) be cured here. No, this isn't a Buzzfeed "take this quiz" test or a cute cat video. But this article will take you back in time to the summer, where stupid fall wasn't anywhere close to being a season.

"Despacito" - remix feat. Justin Bieber

You listen to the radio a lot. You know how I know that? Because turn to any Pop radio station right now, and Despacito is playing. This has become your favorite song because you really like dancing in the car, or you’re too lazy to change the station. You also may have taken a trip to Mexico this summer, drank a margarita and danced to Despacito while being stared at by a lot of natives. Just a guess.

"Feels It Still" - Portugal the Man

You cruise through town with your favorite pair of shades on, the windows down and a close eye on your surroundings. If ‘Feels it Still’ is your favorite song, your guard is up and you don’t trust many. How do I know that? Because Feels it Still crept into the Top 50… just like you crept around your neighborhood last night putting up “Not my President” lawn signs. Just saying “wave until the walls come down..” I mean we all know what wall Portugal the Man is talking about.

"Wild Thoughts" - DJ Khalid feat. Rihanna

Wild Thoughts was a song that was inescapable this summer. But before it was a huge hit, you found it buried on DJ Khaled's album. You keep up with the times, and sometimes you're ahead of big trends. For example, you were probably the first person to use the term "lit" before it was cool. You know how I know? Because Wild Thoughts is fresh, and something original. Just like you, with nicknames like GOAT, OG, and A1 Day 1.

"Unforgettable" - French Montana

You’re the type of person to keep up on your music and be the one on aux. You are also a big time believer in sticking to your roots. Because I know in 2013 you were turning up to “Pop That” by French Montana, and four years later you are still bumping French Montana. You, my friend, are the type of person I respect.

"Shape of You" - Ed Sheeran

Shape of You came out in January and it's still your favorite song in August. This shows that you have a hard time letting things go... especially a good song. Which isn't a bad thing when you're a summertime road tripper like yourself. You're into road trips, which I know because a good road trip does not happen without Ed Sheeran’s Shape of You. In fact, I think it’s bad luck to go on a road trip and not play this song. Keep that in mind.

"Praying"- Ke$ha

You have patience like none other, and under special skills, you list "good at throwing glitter in the air." If "Praying" was your favorite summer time hit, you saw Kesha dropped a new song and felt like you were dreaming. After all this time, your long lost best friend was back from a long, glittery hiatus. After the initial shock, you were seen driving way too fast, singing way too loudly to this track. While you try to sell your glitter stash to pay off your speeding ticket, you will wait patiently for Kesha to release an album. Even if you do have to wait another decade, I know you'll wait.

"Body Like a Back Road" - Sam Hunt

Your ideal summer night is keeping things low key. You could really be into country, or you could be on the summer-country-bandwagon. ‘Body Like A Back Road’ reminds you of your favorite summer night, and brings you back to the good times with your good friends. Except if you were that person who took this song way too literally. In that case, you were looking for love this summer, and found it! However, things ended roughly when he or she said: “It’s not you, it’s me. I’m a speed racer and I just can’t stand when you’re doing 15 in a 30.”

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
