What I've Learned from Arnold Schwarzenegger So Far

After watching Arnold Schwarzenegger movies for the last 23 years of my life, I've found that I was able to take away a few life lessons that still help me today.

1. Keep true to your word


2. Love the skin you’re in


3. Know more than one language


4. Calm down. Overreacting won’t solve anything


5. Assert your authority while keeping your cool


6. Under all circumstances, remain positive


7. Try to understand people instead of pushing them away


8. Make the best out of any situation


9. Sometimes you have to be the adult in your group of friends


10. Even if you're not emotionally affected by something, you should still be there for the friend that is


11. You stick up for your friends when they can't stick up for themselves


12. Listen to your friends when you're in the heat of the moment
