Everyone wants to feel love. We all have that want to love someone and to be loved. I do not think anyone can know exactly what love is, but some are lucky enough to know exactly what love feels like. A lot of people feel like love is a destination, but they forget that is a feeling similar to hunger or sadness.

No one knows the exact moment that they love someone, but they find them in a moment realizing somewhere down the road that they fell for that person and they love them unconditionally. Love is every memory you have with someone special to you. Love is laughing at them being goofy or dancing like an idiot to their favorite song. Love is supporting them, but not being afraid to put them in their place.

Love is sharing and stealing each other’s clothes. Love is stumbling and tripping through life with the person that your heart chooses. Love is acting like little kids with someone. It is knowing you have someone that you can trust with your life, someone that will take care of your soul. Love is the thing that gets you through every argument and bickering moment.

It is what makes you feel like you are on top of the world with the only person you would want right there with you. Love is saying know words but knowing exactly what the other person is thinking. Love is the greatest thing in this world. Love is seeing their smile and it brightens your entire day. It is seeing the stars in their eyes when they talk about something they love.

Love is seeing the amazing person they are even on their bad days. It is seeing passed their attitude and smart remarks just because of who they are. Love is always being there for them, even if you know you cannot always help them through it. It is always listening to the details. It is learning every detail of their body and recognizing their cologne in the wind. Love is knowing their McDonald’s order better than you know your own.

Love is giving your everything to someone and expecting anything in return. Love is giving them everything that could possibly destroy you, and knowing they will only hold onto it for the rest of their lives. Love is trusting someone with your soul. Love is hard to find these days. If you have found it, then cherish it and be grateful because it is becoming just as rare as loyalty.
