Whole30 is a health program where an individual goes 30 days without any kinds of grain, dairy, sugar, soy, MSG, and alcohol. To some this might seem quite difficult, and I'm not going to lie it is, but after a few days, you will get the hang of it and start to feel invincible! After the 30 days are up, one by one you will introduce these foods back into your diet, and the results will be shocking!
