BREAKING NEWS: Taylor Swift caught in a lie, caused to write probably her most interesting song yet.
Taylor, Taylor, Taylor. When are you ever going to learn? From a sweet, heartbroken country writer to a seeming pop star, you've kept the attention of the public for so long. Now, you come out with "Look What You Made Me Do." Over the last 11 years, you've been on headlines all over the world. On August 24, 2017, you drew a very different attention when the world woke up to a very shocking song. The world fell asleep on August 23 hoping to hear just another sappy breakup song, but boy we were wrong. When the music video came out, I don't think I slept the night after from the nightmares of "Old Taylors" tearing one another apart. Who in their right mind puts herself dressed as a zombie in their own music video? Has anyone else noticed that Taylor literally makes herself look like a dictator through her entire video? Is this what her life has come to? I find it funny that she says "I don't trust nobody and nobody trusts me." I've actually heard that artists in Nashville and all over the country HATE working with her because she's so dramatic. Maybe this is just another one of her over dramatic schemes to bring her name in lights for a few weeks. Don't worry America. She also makes fun of herself at the end of the video. It's kind of sad. I feel bad for her, but at the same time she's brought this all on herself.
While I have been a huge Taylor Swift fan the past eleven years since her first hit song "Our Song" performed on October 24, 2006, next to Tim McGraw, I think I stand for most Taylor Swift fans when I say, what in the world actually happened with this song? While the beat of the song is pretty awesome, I will have to say this song sounds like it's going to be the theme song of the new season of American Horror Story. Complete trash. That's what I'll say this song is.
What happened to little sweet Taylor who had her "heart broken" so many times? Or maybe, just maybe she's never actually felt a real heartbreak, but rather continues to set up men and even friends in order for her to have songs to write. She constantly has her name in the news one day of dating someone then a week or two later there's a story of a HORRIBLE breakup. What's up with that Taylor? Why can't you just stay with one guy? Is it that hard? Or are you just absolutely insane and blame the men for things that you do? Whatever your reasoning may be, Taylor, your fans are sick of it. Get it together and start writing songs based off of feelings that are real. Stop putting people in a blame spot and start realizing the horrible things you've done to so many famous people's careers due to your television fame. Stop ruining people's lives.
Like I said, I am a fan of her old music, but something's gotta give.
