This Is The Body-Positive Celebrity You Are Based On Your Zodiac Sign

Celebrities are a mainstay in many people's lives, but for years they've been put on pedestals as unattainable body types for us to try to achieve. With the rise of social media and body positivity, they've become more down-to-earth and relatable, so much so that they can be narrowed down to one of the 12 zodiac signs!

Aries (March 21st - April 19th) — Serena Williams

As an Aries, you're naturally competitive and confident in yourself, which can be difficult in today's ever-judgemental world. Serena is a world-famous, 23-time Grand Slam winning tennis player who has maintained poise and professionalism in the face of numerous negative comments about her appearance. As a fit woman with an impressive amount of muscles, she's not afraid to be her authentic self while conquering the tennis world.

Taurus (April 20th - May 20th) — Adele

Taurus is a naturally stubborn sign, that's for sure. Adele may or may not be stubborn herself but as shown by her recent weight loss and history of body positivity she has a truly uncompromising attitude. Many people commented that they missed the pre-weight loss Adele, but she keeps on keeping on. Adele does what she feels is right and has fun doing it regardless of what people expect of her.

Gemini (May 21st - June 20th) — Jonathan Van Ness

Geminis can be known for being two-faced or indecisive, but they're also adaptable. Just like Jonathan Van Ness, you're adaptable enough to love yourself and your body regardless of what size you are.

Cancer (June 21st - July 22nd) — Kesha

Cancers are known for being highly emotional, but something less well know is their level of tenacity. Like Kesha, you're ready to take on the world, love yourself through huge hardships, and tell the haters to buzz off!

Leo (July 23rd - August 22nd) — Beyonce

The kings and queens of the zodiac love themselves — isn't it called a lion's pride for a reason?

Virgo (August 23rd - September 22nd) — Danielle Brooks

Virgos are known for being hardworking and practical, much like Danielle Brooks. Danielle said it perfectly when she said that "the body is your ride or die, literally." When you're a hardworking lady, who has time to worry about what other people think of you?

Libra (September 23rd - October 22nd) — Iskra

Libras are gracious people if nothing else, and part of that is learning to be gracious with yourself like Iskra does. It can be so challenging to be a part of the modeling world nowadays where the standard for beauty is always getting thinner. Iskra has seen both sides of the equation and decided to be gracious with herself like a Libra instead of focusing on other people's opinions.

Scorpio (October 23rd - November 21st) — Demi Lovato

Scorpios are known far and wide for their bravery and Demi completely embodies that bravery by her continuously speaking out about her eating disorder recovery and struggles with her body. Never stop being brave, never stop trying to love yourself.

Sagittarius (November 22nd - December 21st) — Winnie Harlow

Sagittarius can often be a sign that is all or nothing; they're difficult to keep up with, much like trends in body positivity. When talking about body positivity, people might not think of anything except weight, but Winnie Harlow is a champion for people with vitiligo. It might seem radical (kind of like a Sagittarius) to think of that as an example of body positivity, but all bodies are beautiful. Period.

Capricorn (December 22nd - January 19th) — Kelly Clarkson

Capricorns are ambitious and nigh-unstoppable when they're chasing what they want. You may remember Kelly Clarkson from American Idol way back when; since then she has always faced ridicule for her size. She didn't let those negative comments stop her — she followed her dreams and became a Grammy winner.

Aquarius (January 20th - February 18th) — Harnaam Kaur

If you're an Aquarius you may be a bit on the eccentric side, and that is how many people viewed Harnaam Kaur for her body hair. Diagnosed with PCOS, she grew more body hair than the average lady, but rather than shave it off to appease bullies she made a career out of it. She is unique and accepts her body where it's at — that's pretty radical.

Pisces (February 19th - March 20th) — Anne Hathaway

Pisces is a water sign that is known for its compassionate and caring attitude. Anne Hathaway encourages people to be compassionate and forgiving with themselves. She also helps normalize pregnancy and weight gain through her social media. All bodies are beautiful and valid.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.
