My friends are a huge part of my life. I'm not sure what I would without them. I love all of them especially their totally different personalities. I mean come on, we all have that one friend...

Who parties... a lot.

There’s always something to celebrate, even the smallest thing. Got a test tomorrow? Party. Got a great outfit on? Party. The partier is constantly looking for a good time and lives in the moment. It doesn’t matter what day of the week it is, they’re always up to go out and have fun. If you’re stressed out and just need to loosen up, go to the Partier because they know how to have a great time.

Who is totally maternal.

The mom is the guardian of the group. She keeps an eye out on everyone and make sure everyone is safe. The Mom always steers her “babies” in the right direction and has the best interest of all her friends. She goes out but is constantly making sure everything and everyone is doing okay.

Who is an Athlete God.

She goes to the gym everyday and literally makes you hate your life because of how motivated and energized she is. The Athlete is good at anything sporty and is super competitive. “I can’t. I have practice,” is her motto.

Who is completely innocent.

The innocent one of the group is very sheltered, but she's very curious. Though she’s scared to try new things, she’s willing to do whatever. She’s not judgmental, but she does care a lot about her friends and is beyond sweet.

Who is obsessed with her relationship.

She literally does everything with her boyfriend; they’re inseparable. She always makes plans according to his. Though she still loves her friends, she’s always with her boyfriend. If she’s not with us, we know where she is.

Who is spoiled to the max.

She loves clothes, fashion, shoes, and basically anything and everything materialistic. She doesn’t leave the house without her huge purse and her lipstick and sunglasses. She always maxes out daddy’s credit card and always in debt. She’s the girl friends go to with outfit and fashion advice.

Who knows everything and anything.

She's complains about getting a low grade aka a B+ all the damn time. She literally has a calculator lodged in her brain and is constantly studying. She's the person to go to when you need to have your papers edited. Even though everyone knows it, she denies how smart she is, but she secretly knows that she's the smartest one in the group.

That has a rebellious side.

She’s just too cool for school. She does what she wants, when she wants. If you’re looking for a good scheme, she’s your girl.

That loves to stuff her face with food.

Obviously, she loves, loves, loves food. She’s constantly asking for food or has food in her mouth. If you’re making plans, her suggestion is to out and get food. She goes through pantries like the Spoiled Girl looks for an outfit in a closet. Food is love. Food is life.

That stars in all the drama.

Her Royal Highness, the Drama Queen. She’s a little bit on the crazy side and is hella passive aggressive. She lives for the drama and always knows the low down on everyone else’s drama. If you want to know the latest gossip, she's your go to. Though she may not even be in the drama herself, she loves a good stirring of the pot.

That is an amazing listener.

The Therapist listens about all problems in the group. She gives you advice whether you want it or not, but she is insightful. She’s the shoulder to cry on with a box of tissues and ice cream.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
