Every college aged girl has fallen in love with the series Gossip Girl at One Point or another. The iconic main characters Blair, Serena, Dan, Chuck, and Nate came together to create the ultimate friendship. However, what if we left the Upper East Side and travelled to Virginia? Where would these Characters go to college? Where would they find their home?
Blair Waldorf- William and Mary
There is no arguing Blair would make the perfect William and May Student. She is preppy, very intelligent, and believes she knows everything. It may be debatable whether she is the smartest friend of the group, but she is defiantly cares the most about status. Of course, it is a plus it is a small school, she can control almost everything going on.
Serena van der Woodsen- Virginia Tech
Serena isn't artsy enough for VCU, but not preppy enough for UVA. She would probably be some small earthy major at Virginia Tech. It is big enough that not everyone would know who she was, but small enough for her to get the attention she drives off of.
Dan Humphrey- Virginia Commonwealth University
Now, I know what you are thinking... this is a stretch, but Dan is much too ambitious about writing for schools that don't support the arts. He'd be writing away in city journalism. Of course, he would be Honors with a Full Ride Scholarship. And, Rufus may even move to Richmond to support his son. Nate Archibald- James Madison University
Nate Archibald is about as laid back as the come on Gossip Girl. He rarely gets into drama, and he really isn't that into himself. Nate would make the perfect Duke! He could rage on the weekends, but still graduate with a 4.0 and seven internships. Besides, the girl to guy ratio would fit Nate's charming good looks well.
