With Spring break around the corner, Venmo is going to be popping with certain and identical transactions. Some of them are going to be a typical everyday purchase and some are going to be something so outrageous you would not have the words to express how ridiculous it is. I mean, anything can happen on Spring break...
Shoulder-note: Kennesaw State's Spring break is normally later than all of the nation's. So, we are envious right now and counting down the days.
1. "🚙 🚕 🚌"
Meaning: Uber, Lyft, taxi ride, giving money to someone DDing
2. "🍻 🍹 OR Dilly Dilly"
Can’t have a spring break without the jiggle juice!
3. "Thanks, man!"
Meaning: You just bailed your stupid ass friend. You’re a good friend.
4. The “good good”
We all know what this means.
5. "Pensacolaaaaaa 🏝 🌊"
Meaning: Condo/hotel money. All I need is a bed and a place to shower.
6. Groceries/Fast food
Eating like it’s the last supper because you need the energy to last you all day.
7. “No Spring Break babies!!!!”
Meaning: You forgot protection, so you're making your buddy or one of your girlfriends get you condoms, Plan B, and etc.
8. Club Fees
“Just put it on my card and everyone will Venmo me their cover charges.”
9. Bets on someone hooking up with their ex
We saw. We came. We conquered. You lost.
10. “I’m sorry” OR “An unfortunate series of events”
Meaning: You did something so stupid that you should be ashamed for the next 3 months.
11. “What even happened last night???”
It's most likely the last night of Spring Break and you and your group decide to not give any f’s and just go all out that night because you all thought everything was a good idea….. until the next morning…..
The phrase, "Whatever Happens in _______, Stays in _______" is quite used often for Spring break. But, someone will found out some of your dirty little secrets through what you paid for.
