This summer I decided to transition into becoming a vegetarian. Now that I'm fully vegetarian, I'm dreading the holidays. Don't get me wrong, I love food, but it might be a little difficult for me to find things to eat. For those of you in the same boat as me- I've got you covered!
Entree Dishes
1. Veggie Pot Pie
Traditionally a turkey or ham is the main dish on Thanksgiving. Here's to new traditions! This one may easily become one of your family's Thanksgiving favorites.

2. Vegan Lentil Shepherd's Pie
This one's for all you vegans out there. If you're a vegetarian and don't have any vegan ingredients readily available you can always use regular butter and regular milk; I'm sure it will taste just as good.

3. Tofurkey Roast
What is Thanksgiving without turkey? Although I haven't personally tried it, this actually looks pretty good. For anyone that tries this let me know how it goes in the comments!

1. Crockpot Vegetarian Stuffing
One of the things I loved most about Thanksgiving dinner was the stuffing. If anything was going to stop me from becoming a vegetarian, it was the thought of missing out on the stuffing (yes, I'm serious). I was so relieved when I found this recipe. Not only does it look amazing, but the ingredients are proof that it tastes amazing as well.
