Hello Everyone! My name is Leah Richards; I hope you are having a wonderful day today! I am a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) & a yoga instructor. I graduated from NIU with a BA in Political Science with an emphasis in politics and a minor in history; I know a far cry from LMT & Yoga instructor. I deal with 3 autoimmune diseases; some more chronic than others, making myself a plus size woman. With each article I write I plan on bringing some humor, maturity, and life experience.
