Some people prefer tea, hot chocolate, chai lattes, or even a glass of orange juice in the morning, but everyone knows that nothing could ever beat a good old hot (or iced!) cup of coffee.

4. You'll always cringe when you see someone pouring excessive amounts of sugar and creamer into their coffee. They're ruining it!

5. Anyone who brings you a cup of coffee in the morning is marriage material.

6. Frappuccinos may be delicious, but they certainly aren't real coffee.

7. You panic when your Keurig runs out of water.

8. You don't understand why anyone would ever want decaf.

9. You know exactly how long to wait before the first sip will be the optimal drinking temperature.

10. KCups and coffee pods are expensive, but not nearly as expensive as drinks bought straight from a cafe.

11. Speaking of cafes, if there isn't a writer in there typing away on their laptop, you know to be skeptical about the quality of the coffee.

12. The smell of coffee in the morning is comfortably reassuring.

13. But if Your roommate doesn't drink coffee, they'll definitely complain about the smell.
