On this big, beautiful campus of ours, there is always a lot going on and a million things to see. From campus celebrities to seemingly evil squirrels, there are things on our campus that make it special and unique. Here are some of the things every student thinks as they walk through campus.

1. Why is everyone in front of me walking so slow?

I may have woken up for my class starting in five minutes four minutes ago, but these people are going to be the reason I’m late.

2. Oh look, there's Gary!

I can make time to listen for a few and get my entertainment for the day.

3. Why is that squirrel so close to me?

I did not know I could be so scared of a small animal until this moment.
4. I really hope no one just saw me trip over that brick...

They probably did, but we’ve all been there.

5. There's a basketball player right there!

I must try to act natural and remain calm.

6. Why is Gary still here?

Seriously, this man is crazy.

7. There’s my professor, don’t make eye contact.

I’m really not in the mood for awkward small talk.

8. Stop what you are doing right now and get out your computer.

I just got a text from class checker that a class opened and I have about 17 seconds to react.

9. Maybe if I walk fast, the people handing things out in the pit won’t see me.

There’s so many of them it feels impossible to steer clear.

10. If I hustle, maybe I’ll have time to stop in Alpine.

I need coffee to get through the day, so might as well.

11. I go to the most beautiful school in the world.
