It's sunday night, and you're watching The Office for the thousandth time. As you look down at the bag of popcorn next to you and click "yes, I am still watching," you vow to go to the gym the following morning. It is a promise we have all made to ourselves, and yet we wake up and continue our binge watching anyways. It is a never-ending cycle that we repeat each sunday so that we can tell ourselves that we at least made an effort. Well, it's time to get on the couch and bring the gym to you. Yes, you can continue to watch whatever guilty pleasure dramedy you were binging this past weekend while still getting fit.
