This past weekend I went and saw The Try Guys: Legends of the Internet Tour and let me tell you, The Try Guys truly are legends! If you don't know who The Try Guys are, they are a group of four guys who used to work for Buzzfeed, who now have their own company and YouTube channel. Their name and the purpose of their content is trying things that you might not try but were always curious about. Their content covers everything from trying different foods to testing the effects of influenced driving.
The Try Guys just started their tour and let me tell you if you like anything at all about the internet, you will love this show. Especially if you love The Try Guys, that will make it even better because this show is so many different Try Guys videos combined into one, with some special surprises of course. I truly enjoyed every single moment of this show. I don't think that there was a time where I wasn't able to laugh at something that was going on.
This tour was able to cover so many things, there were sections that were all of The Try Guys, but then Keith, Ned, Zach, and Eugene all had their own little segments and then they came back together to close up the show. I have to give them credit for this show because the way it was put together was done so well. All of the little clever internet connections and fan connections that were spread throughout the show were truly legendary.
I also got to meet The Try Guys and they are some of the nicest people I have ever met. It was like being with old friends and just laughing and enjoying each other's company. Usually when I meet people that I like to watch and stuff I sometimes get a little starstruck, but that was not the case this time. I did not feel nervous and they were such an awesome group of guys to meet!
It is always an interesting experience when you get to meet someone who you follow for a while because you feel like you know them, but sometimes it can still be intimidating. If you ever get the chance to meet The Try Guys, DO IT! You won't regret it I promise.
There were so many great things about this tour and I highly recommend this show, so if you haven't got tickets yet, I suggest doing so. The Try Guys have come a long way over the years since they first started at Buzzfeed and now that they have their own company and are doing their own things, where they go next is limitless. So, Keith, Ned, Zach, and Eugene, keep doing what you're doing and keep making the content you want to make because you guys are killing it. The Try Guys are true legends of the internet and their legacy will continue to live on!
