Donald Trump may have been elected president in the 2016 election, but I do not believe he is qualified enough to lead the United States. He has already made his own company file for bankruptcy six times, what makes you think he knows how to fix this economy?

Trump announced that he does not believe global warming is real. WHAT!? In the entire world, 97% of scientist say global warming is, in fact, an ongoing phenomenon. Even as an 18-year-old college student with no degree, I know for a fact that global warming is real! One week it is below freezing, and the next it is 70 degrees, something must be up with our ecosystem.

He has also called all Mexicans criminals and made fun of a disabled person during his campaign tour. Trump has called African countries "Shitholes". He also denied the fact that Russia meddled with the election, but now he admits that they indeed did mess with the election.

Donald Trump has consistently called news outlets "Fake" because they call him out on all his ridiculous lies. He has said that he wasn't a fan of the US going into Iraq, yet he pushed heavily for the US to sends troops into Iraq. He stated that when President Obama made a speech in Memphis two people were shot and killed, but there were no homicides when Obama gave his speech.

Trump also stated that his own inauguration had more attendees than President Obama's, but aerial shots show that Obama's had way more viewers. Trump could not stand Hillary, he even called her crooked Hillary because of her mistakes. However, Hillary owned up to all her mistakes, and apologized, while Trump seems to blame others for his mishaps or make excuses.

Yes, the idiot Donald Trump is our President but not for long. Representative Al Green has called for Trump's impeachment on January 17th, 2018. Let's hope they throw out his ignoramus Vice President Pence along with him.

11 Things Summer Nannies Can Relate To

There are plenty of obstacles that come when taking care of kids, but it's a very rewarding experience.

As a college student, being a nanny over the summer is both enjoyable and challenging. Underneath the seemingly perfect trips to the pool or countless hours spent playing Monopoly are the obstacles that only nannies will understand. Trading in your valuable summer vacation in return for three months spent with a few children less than half your age may seem unappealing, but so many moments make it rewarding. For my fellow summer nannies out there, I know you can relate.

There are a lot of really easy, common names in the U.S. and while many of those simple names have different spellings, most of the time, pronunciation is not an issue that those people need to worry about. However, others are not as fortunate and often times give up on corrections after a while. We usually give an A+ for effort. So, as you could probably imagine, there are a few struggles with having a name that isn’t technically English. Here are just a few…

Daydreaming

day·dream (ˈdāˌdrēm/): a series of pleasant thoughts that distract one's attention from the present.

Daydreams, the savior of our life in class. Every type of student in the classroom does it at least once, but most cases it is an everyday event, especially in that boring class -- you know the one. But what are we thinking while we are daydreaming?

Puerto Ricans. They are very proud people and whether they were born on the island or born in the United States by Puerto Rican parent(s). It gets even better when they meet another fellow Puerto Rican or Latino in general. You’ll know quickly if they are Puerto Rican whether the flag is printed somewhere on their person or whether they tell you or whether the famous phrase “wepa!” is said.
