The Holidays are approaching, which means its time to buy some great gifts! If you are confused about what to get or do not want to buy the impersonal gift card, this is for you.

1. Cozy Socks

You can never go wrong with buying someone cozy socks. One of the most popular gifts this year is the Women's Winter 12 Days of Socks Set from Target!

2. Candles

Candles are one of the most thoughtful and personal gifts you could give. There is nothing like receiving a luxury candle to make you feel warm and cozy. If you hand pick out a fragrance for someone, I feel like it is actually very meaningful. Whenever I receive a candle, I always think of my loved one who gifted it to me.

3. Starbucks Gift Sets

Getting a Starbucks gift card is nice. But what is really nice is a gift set with a mug, tumbler, coffee, etc. in it! My hometown is 20 minutes away from my closest Starbucks, so this brings me the wonderful Starbucks taste and feels to my own home.

4. A Journaling Bible

This is not for everyone, but for your spiritual artistic friend! A journaling bible is such a beautiful and inspiring gift, and you can find so many types.

5. A Planner

For the organized student in your life, a planner is an excellent gift because alot of the really nice ones are out of budget for a college student. Some really popular brands are Erin Condren, Kate Spade, and Lilly Pulitzer.

6. LUSH products

Lush bath bombs, Skincare, hair care, and other unique products are so popular right now. Not only are all of their products amazing, but they are vegan, cruelty-free, and handmade!

7. A Terrarium

A terrarium is a unique gift but it is such a great one! This idea is relatively cheap and you can customize it to the person you are giving it to. A Terrarium can be made with cacti and other succulents, along with pebbles and other little decorative pieces in glass. Terrariums are so amazing because they are not only beautiful, but having plants in your home or space is proven to make you less stressed, and happier.

8. Slippers

You do not have to buy Ugg slippers if your budget is not that high, but they are excellent slippers that last forever. For a more budget-friendly option, try slipper socks from stores like Target and TJ Maxx.

9. Makeup Brushes

For the beauty lover in your life, makeup brushes are a great gift idea. Personally, I hate spending money on brushes, but I would love them as gifts. Some great brands are MAC, Morphe, and Real Techniques.

10. Nail Polish

A small and cost-effective gift is some nice nail polish! Some amazing brands are KL polish,Essie, and Essence.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating.
