There are many great televisions serious on Netflix. If you are looking for a new show (especially you stay at home, spring breakers) to binge on here are my top four choices (in no particular order).
1. Arrow
Arrow doesn’t get as much
attention as Jessica Jones or Marvel’s Agent’s
of Shield but it is definitely a better show. Packed with addictive
story lines and amazingly obscure characters, the show is entices viewers
providing them with hours of entertainment. It also helps that the cast is
super attractive. Emily Bett Rickards is stunning as Felicity and Stephen Amell
was definitely born to play the Green Arrow.
If
you are into animate series
Bob’s Burger is
definitely for you. Infused with
musical numbers and amazing characters (Tina
is my favorite), the show has an addictive quality that will have you watching
and re-watching episodes for days.
2. Sons of Anarchy
Kurt Sutter’s biker drama has some of the most intense and violent television scenes you will ever watch. In the show, single father Jax Teller seems to pull away from his motorcycle club because of their lawlessness. While the club protects the town of Charming, California and keeps drug dealers out, they run a money-spinning illegal arm business. If you are into action packed television shows, this one is for you.
3. Dr. Who
Doctor Who is a science-fiction British
television show with an enormous fan base. The Doctor, known as the “Time Lord”
"is a time-traveling scientist from another planet who travels through
outer space in his spaceship call the TARDIS. The TARDIS is bigger on the
inside than on the outside. The Doctor is able to evolve biologically and so he
appears as many different people as the seasons progress. He loves Earth and so
he visits it often and makes friends among the earthlings who he also takes
along with him on his trips. If you are looking for a show that takes you on a
daily voyage, than this show is for you.
4. Skins
Skins is a British television show
set in Bristol, England that follows teenagers through their last two years of
high school. The show touches upon controversial topics such as substance
abuse, sexuality, teenage pregnancy, eating disorders, and mental illness
among others. Skins casts a new set of teenager every two seasons which makes
you miss the old casts but also gets you excited to see what the next set of
teens will be like.
