We’ve all been there- just needing to add the finishing touches to complete your entire look! Or, in some cases, trying to come up with a really cute outfit for that special occasion- or just a casual day where you wake up feeling great! Fashion is constantly in motion, which is why I like to stop and evaluate trends every season. Here are my current favorite trends that will make any lady feel like they can conquer the world!
1. Lace-Up Flats
These are my absolute favorite right now! They are so spunky and fun, but at the same time can be worn so adorably! You can dress these up or down as well! If you are looking to add an edge to your outfit, this is the way to go. Plus, they’re sold all over, like Target and Free People. This season, it will not be hard to find the perfect pair for you!
2. Tassels
The tassel craze has become a hit everywhere! Whether you’re sporting a tassel necklace, bracelet or earrings- this look is so much fun! This is the perfect accessory to complete any look for aspiring fashionistas! Get your tassel on!
3. Ripped Boyfriend Jeans
The ripped jeans craze is something people either love or hate! All the time from adults you’ll hear- “Did you buy those jeans for 50% off? Ha. Ha. Ha. Say what you want, but these jeans are usually most definitely not taken off of the clearance rack. They’ve become increasingly popular, and make even the simplest of outfits look more edgy, creating a statement! The cool thing about this look is you can buy jeans as distressed or not distressed as you want, and totally rock it either way!
4. Robes? Yep.
I know what a lot of you may be thinking, “Robes… Really?” Believe it or not, fashion robes have been one of the most popular looks lately- being sported all throughout fashion week. I’m not talking bathrobes, but stylish robes that you wear with your everyday outfits like in the picture below! For any Pretty Little Liars fans, Hanna Marin (Ashley Benson) was even seen wearing a robe in one of the most recent episodes! This look may be a little too much for some peoples liking, but I believe it’s going to be seen more and more throughout the upcoming months!
5. Skinny Scarves
Currently, I’m absolutely LOVING this look! It is the perfect trend too for spring and summer months because it’s so lightweight! Skinny scarves have been worn in ways that almost look like necklaces! This is something fun and new, and can be worn with just about anything as well!
