"Bravest Warriors" is a series of animated shorts on YouTube. It's made by the same creators as "Adventure Time," but is even more adorable and way funnier. You can find the first episode of season one here. The description of the series states "Bravest Warriors" follows four teenaged heroes-for-hire as they warp through galaxies to save adorable aliens and their worlds using the power of their emotions. Created by Pendleton Ward, the mind behind Cartoon Network's "Adventure Time." In other words, it's awesome and if you haven't watched it, you should. Now.
As someone who has watched the series multiple times and has a cat bug plush sitting on their bed right now, here are my top five best characters in "Bravest Warriors."
5. Jelly Kid.
Jelly Kid is a Toast-Goblin that can produce toast at anytime. He uses his toast power to his advantage for things like parachutes. Unfortunately, Jelly Kid has not returned since he regenerated after being mauled by Catbug.
4. Plum.
Plum is a purple alien girl who is best friends with Beth. All three of the boy warriors drool over her when she is around. She also has a double ancient personality that takes over every once in awhile, who she doesn't get along with. And when she goes swimming, she develops a mermaid tail.
3. Beth Tezuka.
Beth is the only female of the four warriors. She is energetic and has a crush on Chris, one of the other warriors, who she has been friends with since she was younger. She brings the girl power to this group of teenager alien fighters, and does it in style.
2. The Emotion Lord.
The Emotion Lord is Chris, 184 years in the future. He's bald from a lack of vitamin B, and the first ever human to become an emotion lord. As an emotion lord he feels the emotions of every person ever in history every day. He shows up randomly and can time travel and reality warp.
1. Catbug.
Catbug is played by a little boy whose voice is absolutely adorable. He is by far the best character in the entire series. He's cute, funny, and makes you want a Catbug of your own. When the other characters are having a rough time he yells, "Everything is OK!" and, "You just have to believe. Clap your hands if you believe!" He is so awesome that he even has episodes completely dedicated to him. They are Best of Catbug and Best of Catbug - Season 2
