Whether you are 20 years old and in no position to buy a house or an adult looking to buy your first home, we can all agree that HGTV is the best channel to watch no matter what mood you are in. It is easy to get sucked into watching anything on that network and soon enough, you're practically an expert. Here are 13 signs that you watch too much HGTV.

1). You've seen every single episode of House Hunters

2). You can't walk into any house or apartment without pretending that you're on an episode of House Hunters

3). Your weekend binge-watch consists of Property Brothers and Fixer Upper

4). You've contemplated starting a career flipping houses

5). Your #relationshipgoals are Chip and Joanna

6). You can tell the Property Brothers apart and obviously have a favorite

7). The day HGTV was added to Netflix was the happiest day of your life

8). You almost always guess the correct house that will be chosen on House Hunters

9). If your career doesn't work out, you'd probably make a really good real estate agent

10). You get completely upset when people on House Hunters utter the word "paint"

11). You can also guess whether they are going to "love it" or "list it"

12). You know that 75% of the time, people are going to go over budget

13). You hope that HGTV is always around

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
