Tips And Motivation For Surviving GPA Awareness Month

Finals are around the corner and all of those assignments your professor said it’s due until the end of the semester…is finally almost due. Summer seems so close, yet so far. So here’s a few motivations and tips to help you through the month of April or should I say “GPA awareness month?”

TIPS (with the help of gifs, too).

1. Go to your professors’ office hours and start asking for some extra credit assignments.

Don't lose eye contact while asking your professor. They'll get annoyed and end up giving in. Just don't give him/her the creep eye stare because then he'll kick you out of his office.

2. Start on the assignments that your professor assigned in the beginning of the semester.

3. Start praying to the gods to get your grade from a 50 - 85.

4. Look over lecture slides before class.

5. Drink a lot of coffee.

You're going to need it while doing those last assignment.

Motivation (with more gifs)

1. Pain is temporary, happiness is forever.

2. After finals are over, you can wake up and not worry about those assignments AGAIN.

3. Just breathe, it's not the end of the world.

4. You can binge watch Netflix shows and nap, whenever you want.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
