Baking is not easy, as you must know by now. If you want to achieve a positive outcome, then you have to be careful and organized while following the baking recipe. If you are careful enough then you can make the most complicated baking dishes also with considerable ease. Want to become a better Baker? Then just follow these 5 easy hacks to make your baking successful.

1. Use parchment paper

You can use parchment paper for a number of uses to minimize the mess and make your work easier. Using a parchment paper to cover your baking sheets or pans will ensure that you can easily take out the cakes or cookies once they are ready and don't have to worry about it sticking to your baking pan. You can also use parchment paper to collect the flour when you are sifting so that you can directly add the flour to the mix with the least amount of spills.

2. Use the correct technique to measure flour

Measuring flour could be a little tricky as a lot of times you could end up with more quantity of flour than what was mentioned in the recipe. So, an effective way to weigh flour is by aerating it with a fork and then packing it into a cup with the help of a spoon. You can level the quantity into the cup as required. This will ensure that the flour isn't tightly packed and you are adding the correct quantity to your mixture.

3. Lift your dish with foil

One of the most effective ways to make baked goods out of the baking pan is by using a foil paper. You can cover the baking pan or baking sheet with a layer of coil and leave some amount of foil hanging over the side. Then add a little oil to it and pour in your batter and place it in the oven to bake. Once it is baked, you can just use the foil hanging over the sides as handles and take out your baked item with the least amount of mess.

4. Crack eggs in a different bowl

A common issue faced by many bakers is that when they crack an egg into the bowl, a lot of eggshells also get mixed with the mixture and it becomes really hard to separate the eggshells from the mixture. So, a better way to handle this would be by cracking the eggs into a separate bowl and then adding the eggs to the mixture. This way, you don't have to worry about eggshells destroying your batter. You can use some egg substitutes for baking which can help you in baking better.

5. Get your ingredients to room temperature

A lot of recipes ask for the ingredients to be at room temperature and many times we forget to take out the ingredients from the refrigerator on time. You can use some simple and healthy swaps in your baking at that time. However, there is a simple trick to get your ingredients warm in just a few minutes. Place your cold eggs in a bowl of warm water for 5 minutes and it won't be chill anymore. Similarly, for cold butter, you can cut it into thin slices so that it softens up quickly.
