We've all heard it: "I love Amy Schumer!" "I am just like Amy Schumer!" Iconic female comedian, and recently in "Trainwrecked," Schumer is blunt and honest. And sometimes, we can relate in too many occasions during our college experience.

1. Going to the Gym

"This year I'll go to the gym at least three times a week...maybe once a week...I'll do my best to walk to the Student Center instead of drive."

2. Getting Introduced to Guys

When your gal pals say they have a cute guy to introduce you to, but he's not exactly how they described him.

3. Getting People to Like Us

Some people just can't handle your honesty and bluntness and that's okay, they'll get used to you.

4. Trying to Go Out in Public

5. When Finals Are Coming

Two exams, three papers, classroom observation reports, scheduling new classes - Can we just not right now?

6. Thursday Nights with the Girls

If it wasn't for your personal make-up stylist (AKA your roommate) you'd be going to parties make-up free and in sweats.

7. Seeing Professors Outside of Class

Nothing worse then seeing the professor who dislikes you (and you dislike them equally back) right after skipping their class earlier that day.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
