Dream is a wish come true right? Well them, I dreamed that all of these following 15 things were invented in real life. Just imagine going back to the time of the Roman Empire or dinosaurs!

1. Time machine

I wish I could use a time machine to go back and spend more days with my grandfather before he died. I loved him very much, even though I don’t remember much about him.

2. Teleporting Machine

Come on, who wouldn’t want to zap from one place to another within minutes? Much more convenient than traveling in a car for hours.

3. Instant frappuccino maker

Can’t always go to Starbucks and wait for an eternity in the line for a white chocolate frappe, can I?

4. Junk food that makes you lose weight

We all want to eat the occasional pizza, but our self-conscience restrains us so that we can keep up the goal of losing weight.

5. Phones that charge automatically

Anyone get annoyed you're having an intense convo with your bestie and you’re phone turns off and then takes forever to recharge? ‘Cause that always happens to me, and I get super pissed.

6. Cloning machine

How cool would it be if you made a clone of yourself that could go to school and suffer for you while you binge Netflix and stuff your face with Doritos at home?

7. Memory Pizza

Imagine eating a slice pizza that gives you the ability to memorize whatever you read for the next one hour. A great way of not failing my chem test.

8. Dream Machine

Ever been pulled out of a great dream by the alarm in the morning? And you end up not remembering the dream? It’d be great to have a dream machine to replay all the dreams you had. Who knows, maybe I’ll have a vision of my future through my dreams?

9. The tent from "Harry Potter"

The first time I saw the tent Harry camps in during the Quidditch World Cup in "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire," I was completely blown away. I never went camping because of the lack of proper bathrooms or space in the tents. The magical tent would be great for that!

10. Hoverboards that float in the air

No more running up the hills, panting and swearing in agony as your foot feels like it’s going to fall off!

11. A type of cloth that can make you smaller

At one point, we've all wished we were tiny when our pencils rolled under the couch while doing homework.

12. Magical plates that can make food appear

Let's be honest, when we read "Percy Jackson," we wished for those plates that could make any food you for appear instantly, like Percy's blue pizza.

13. A book that makes all your stories come true

How cool would it be if whatever you wrote in a book would come true in real life? Who knows, maybe we could all have our own happily ever after come true.

14. Books that can transport you into their world

Just imagine living in Hogwarts in real life and learning all those spells!

15. Glasses that allow you to look into other people's mind

Nothing better than finding out that the teacher you think hates you is planning to give you an award of excellence!

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
