We all know that laughter can cure any rotten mood, so remembering to do it will make 2017 way better than 2016.

2. Worry Less

If whatever is bothering you is something you cant change, don't worry about it.

3. Don't Take Anything For Granted

Step back and be thankful for every moment of happiness; make sure you never forget that very feeling.

4. Don't Let Anyone Push You Around

It's always okay to say no. You never have to explain to anyone why you don't want to go somewhere or do something.

5. Be Yourself

Everyone else is already taken.

6. Never Apologize For How You Feel

Your feelings are valid. Don't let anyone tell you any different.

7. Try Something You've Wanted To Try For A Long Time

There's no better time than the present.

8. Get A New Hair Style

Because why not?

The main thing to remember is that you don't need a new year to be the person you want to be.
