Guys may think us girls are all high maintenance and that we need a diamond ring and flowers to make us happy. The opposite is actually true. We just want and need the small things from men. Men may not realize it, but its really the small things that make us happy. One small thing truly goes more than you'll ever know, babe. Small kisses on the lips, cheeks, forehead, hand, etc
If we are feeling sad, a playful little kiss on the cheek tends to really brighten our day.
Love notes
Finding a love note in our lunch at work or school can really help us to get through the day. Whether it be a few words or a few pages long, we love being reminded of how much we are loved by our significant others.
Bringing us food
We are on our periods and super cranky. You man up and bring us some fries from the local McDonald's. We are FOREVER thankful and will praise you till the cows come home. We just love it when you bring us food. Although your obviously the yummiest food around ;).
Hugs

It is the absolute cutest thing in the world when you cuddle us. We feel safe, warm, and happy. We love the silence so we can hear the sound of your heartbeat. Its just one of our secret relaxing pleasures.
Doing chores with us
Laundry and dishes are terribly boring, but when you join in, it suddenly turns fun. Also, we love it when you come get groceries with us. It turns something boring into a totally fun experience. After all, men look incredibly hot while doing some laundry...
Being genuinely interested in our everyday life
We love being asked questions, whether it be how our day at work was, or what we are doing later that night. In any serious relationship, both parties should be asking questions regularly. Giving us "that look"
Yes, ladies, you know what I'm talking about. The look. The look of love your boyfriend always gives you every time he sees you. Whether he's angry, mad, or upset with you, you can't help to notice that sincere look of love he gives you. When we have this look given to us, it reminds us how amazing you are. Oh, and if I didn't already mention, it looks incredibly sexy on you.
Making us laugh
On our darkest days, a simple joke can be enough to turn our frown upside down. We love when you tell us jokes, do something funny, or just go out of your way to embarrass yourself if it means making our day better.
Calling us babe, baby girl, sweetheart, sweet pea, pumpkin, etc
When we are on a date or texting and you call us those cute names, it really makes our day. We are reminded of how important we are to you. Also, if its not too much to ask, we love when you introduce us to your friends and family as "my girl or my baby girl."
As you can see, its the small things that give us joy in a relationship. So remember, next time you wanna make your girl happy, do one of these things instead of going and buying her a Tiffany and Co. ring. Seriously. It'll make you a better boyfriend and she'll feel like the luckiest girl in the world.
