One of the best parts of the Fall season is that our favorite TV shows are returning to our screens. These days, there are so many good TV shows that it is difficult to pick only one. For the best of my grades, I am trying to watch only two or three shows. "This Is Us" is one of the shows I am a big fan of.

I think the world would be a better place if everyone watches "This Is Us." Each episode makes me think about my relationship with my family and loved ones. I feel everything is possible after watching it. If you don't know what this show is about, I am more than happy to tell you. It is about the Pearson family which is formed by Jack and Rebecca and their triplets: Kevin, Kate, and Randal; the show plays with flashbacks in the past, present and future of the family.

Let me tell you, now I am again watching the first and second season; I cry every time. Also, I got some motivational quotes which help me (and can help you) to face any personal and professional critical moment.

1. "There's no lemon so sour that you can't make something resembling lemonade."

No matter how big the problem is, you can face it.

Check most of the successful people you admire. I promise you that they became successful after a thoughtful moment. The great ideas, pieces of art and business came from a crisis, sadness and fears.

2. "There's no 'You' or 'Me' or 'Them.' It's just 'Us.' And this sloppy, wild, colorful, magical thing that has no beginning, has no end, it's right here. I think it's us."

We are part of a big plan. We are more than only isolated individuals.

3. "Life feels like Pac-Man sometimes, I guess. It's the same game all over again. Same board. Same ghosts. Sometimes, you get a bunch of cherries but eventually and inevitably, those ghosts catch up with you."

Life could be routine. It is not a bad thing. We become an expert in any area after work on it for over ten thousand hours. The only way to make all these hours is by having a routine and being constant.

On the other hand, our lives don't always go as planned. You can do everything perfectly, and one day all goes wrong. Don't give up; that is the funny part of being alive.

4. "You got to own your choices, boys. Choose them fully and don't look back."

We must follow our dreams. You want to travel, go! Don't wait for the perfect moment; the perfect moment is now.

We live full of doubts; is it the right person? Did I choose the right career? Should I take the risk? Go and make your dreams come true. Follow your feelings.

5. "It's better to have loved and lost, surely, but try not to lose it at all."

Go and tell that special person how much you love her/him.

Take the risk; go and talk with your crush. Don't let your fears write your destiny. It is better to handle a broken heart than being bored at home.

6. "How you present yourself on the outside reflects how you feel on the inside."

Our image says a lot about ourselves.

Even in the tough moments, we have to dress up and wear our best clothes. If the world sees you as a successful person, the world will treat you as a winner.

7. "Sometimes you just got to do the right thing. You got to do the right thing, even if it's not what you want."

Am I the only one who knows exactly what this quote means? Yes, it's not always easy to do the right thing.

We were raised by the idea that being a good person is simple; the funny part is that it is tough to be a good person and to make the right decisions. The good news is, sooner or later, doing the right thing pays off.

8. "My dad put on a tie every day because he had to. I put one on every day because I want to. It's important you know that. Maybe I don't run into burning buildings for a living, but to me, my work is challenging and exciting. I will not apologize for the fact that it's hard to explain to people."

This quote is one of my favorites because it shows how the hard work Jack did for his kids paid off. Jack quit his dreams because he wanted the best for his family; through the years, all these sacrifices had the best results; his kids became good people and professionals (I am not going to say more, you should watch the show).

9. "The fact that just because someone dies, just because you can't see them or talk to them anymore, it doesn't mean they're not still in the painting. I think maybe that's the point of the whole thing."

Our loved ones will always be with us, even if we do not see them. I am not talking about our memories with them. Our behavior, our manners, our decisions, our actions all have a piece of those who left us.

10. "I don't want you to feel like you stand out. But I need you to know something. I want you to stand out. I want all of you to be as different as you can possibly be. In all the best ways."

We cannot be ashamed of being successful. Sometimes we are afraid of showing up all our talent because we don't want to lose our friends, partner, or our own family. Being a winner makes some people unhappy. Don't let them say how you should live your life.

How don't feel better after these words? The world is ours; we only need to work hard to make our dreams come true.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
