The Top 10 Disney TV Shows Of All Time

Old Disney was the Best Disney.

The Top 10 Disney TV Shows Of All Time
Disney

Hey y'all! A couple of years ago, I was babysitting and the kids put on a TV show that was apparently Disney Channel. But it reminded me about how much Disney has changed and how much BETTER the stuff was pre-2010. So, I ranked the best old Disney shows of all time.

10. "Sonny With a Chance"

Basically the Disney Channel's version of SNL, Sonny with a Chance focused on teen Sonny (who names their daughter Sonny?? Like???) as she works on a real TV show called So Random. I'm sorry, but the only thing worse was when they tried to pull off So Random as a full-time TV show. It wasn't funny or that original, and it was eventually cancelled when Demi Lovato had a little breakdown.

9. "The Proud Family"

This show was gone too soon, and the movie version was also a 10/10. It's only ranked so low because I hated the grandmother and I was really young when it came out. Plus, all of the characters were super good dancers.

8. "Cory in the House"

As a "That's So Raven" fan, I was hyped when they decided they were gonna do a spin-off...until I realized Raven wasn't even IN it. That made me mad. But the show itself wasn't that bad! Also, Madison Pettis was living the dream life as the president's daughter and had some real words of wisdom

7. "Kim Possible"

Some would argue that Kim Possible made your little eight-year-old self believe in feminism! and girl power! What an icon. Also, don't even tell me that you didn't want to go to Bueno Nacho.

6. "Lilo and Stitch"

The original best friends, Lilo and Stitch taught you how important the people in your life are and how much it stinks when you lose them. Ohana means family was definitely your mantra at some point in your childhood. If you didn't cry during the movie adaptation, then you need help.

5. "Wizards of Waverly Place"

The show that made Selena Gomez a queen, this was a huge part of our pre-teen years. It also taught you family values, like all Disney shows do, but it was just relatable (see gif below for proof) and introduced the world to Jake T. Austin. Need I say more?

4. "Lizzie McGuire"

I was really young when this show was released, but Jesse McCartney was still SO cute (so the holiday episode was legendary) and I definitely had the Metamorphosis CD. Cartoon Lizzy was just like everybody else's inner thoughts -- petty and savage, but Lizzie, Gordo, and Miranda were the original Big Three BFFs.

3. "That's So Raven"

Arguably the most meme-able Disney TV show, That's So Raven fought difficult issues. It's not just the usual "Disney twist" on life -- it dealt with racism, feminism, and sexism as well as keeping it very real. Raven might have had her moments after the show ended, but she was a really good model for girls of all ages!

2. "The Suite Life of Zach and Cody"/"The Suite Life on Deck"

FIRST OF ALL, If Cole and Dylan Sprouse weren't your first celebrity crushes, then IDK what's wrong with you. They were so cute, even with helmet hair! And they only got cuter when they got older! But both TV series, which were continuations of each other, featured really cool characters and put a emphasis on sibling love. And after it ended, they gave us "Riverdale"! Woo!

1. "Hannah Montana"

THE. BEST. SHOW. OF. ALL. TIME. PERIOD. It gave us Miley! An icon! It gave us Hannah Montana! Also an icon! It's one of Disney's best shows ever! Iconic! You couldn't dislike this show even if you tried. Miley Cyrus is beautiful as well, and she gave us the best song lyrics, the best quotes, and the epitome of our childhood.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
