If you know me you know how much I love Taylor Swift. It might be surprising that I am making a list of her top ten best songs in my opinion because how could a superfan like me pick ten of her best songs when I think they are all amazing?

1. Tim McGraw

This was the first ever song I heard of hers. It is the song that made me fall in love with her music. This song is what started all of my fangirling moments over her. This song really shaped my life, I guess.

2. Fearless

This song makes me so happy. It is the one song that I will never get sick of dancing around in my bedroom to. It reminds me of summer and all the memories that are associated with that.

3. Fifteen

This is an all time jam for me. It reminds me of my days in Lake George High School and all the things I experienced. I will never get sick of it.

4. Hey Stephen

This song reminds me of having a crush in high school and how one feels when they are crushing on someone.

5. Never Grow Up

This song will always make me so happy. It reminds me of my childhood and how great it felt to be a young child who had no worries in the world.

6. Mean

I will always sing this song at the top of my lungs. There is nothing like screaming the words "All you are gonna be is mean" at the top of your lungs.

7. Shake It Off

This song really shaped the last two years of high school for me. I really started to understand after hearing this song that the people who don't like you truly don't matter.

8. Welcome To New York

Through this song, I have been able to understand how beautiful New York really is. It is the place where so many things happen in life and where so many memories are made. It is definitely waiting for you.

9. Change

This song really changed my life. It taught me that so many things in life never stay the same and that is something that needs to be known to many people.

10. 22

What an anthem this song is. It is such an upbeat song that I can't help but sing along to whenever I hear it playing. I am not 22 yet but you bet this will be my jam when I do turn 22.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
