In September of 2016, Danielle Peskowitz Bregoli appeared on "The Dr. Phil Show" with her mother, Barbara Ann. In this particular episode, the show dealt with disorderly and wild teens and their parents and to no surprise, Danielle was just that (and then some). Danielle's mother mentioned that her daughter steals cars, her credit cards, and is just completely out of control. Once Danielle started to explain her story to Dr. Phil and the audience, the audience couldn't control their laughter and that's what triggered Danielle and where the new catchphrase "cash me ousside, how bow dat" came alive. So now we've heard this phrase pretty much everywhere- from tweets, memes, songs, and now even in Bitmoji form. Almost everyone is now familiar with this phrase and while it was funny to see someone act so ridiculous on national TV, it's getting old real quick.
Nothing about this teenage girl is funny, clever, or entertaining. Just from watching a clip of her on "The Dr. Phil Show," anyone could tell that she's nothing but rude and disrespectful. Not to mention that she has gone viral yet again for hitting a passenger on an airline. It's bad enough that this family went on national television to tell everyone their problems, but now the whole world is making fun of them and I'm no doctor, but it seems like there are some underlying mental issues with this girl and she should've been put in check a long time ago. Her behavior and how she treats other people is so far from O.K.
This is such a sad and disheartening situation. Sure, it was funny the first time around, but now this phrase is everywhere. I genuinely hope that this 15 minutes of fame for this girl leads to fixing her behavioral issues.
