To The One That I Never Saw Coming

Whether you are thankful for a significant other or a best friend

To The One That I Never Saw Coming

Thank you for coming into my life. I always knew who you were, but I never expected you to be in my life the way you are. Thank you for being the blessing that I used to pray about every single night. Before I met you, I would mope around thinking about what I was missing in my life, but you gave me something to be happy about! You put a smile on my face! You make me want to work to become better.

I know that I can be hard to deal with at times, but thank you for putting up with and helping me through the hard times. I want you to know how thankful I am for the memories that we have made together and how excited I am for the future memories that we will make together. If you wouldn't have come into my life, then I wouldn't have all of these fantastic memories and I wouldn't want it any other way!

It's amazing to me that just by answering one small Snapchat, text message, or even just bumping into someone in the grocery store, that you can make a best friend or significant other that makes your life 500 times better. Always remember that there is a plan for you and that there is someone for everyone. You might not know that person right now, but one day you will meet that person and you will be able to experience the best days of your life. So with all of that being said, thank you for coming into my life when I never expected you to.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
