So for me, I love my major in college. I am a mass communications major! I have friends who are majoring in other areas. These areas plus my major all have a unique way about them. Their uniqueness will be brought out later with a different delicious donut that represents some majors!

1. Communications: Chocolate Donut with Chocolate Chips

The chocolate part of the donut represents this major as sweet but packed with lots of flavors, which the flavors are like a mass communications personality. Communications majors can be lots of different things, hence the chocolate chips on the donut. They can choose from Radio, Television, and Newspaper.

2. English Major: Raspberry Filled Donut

The English major is a raspberry donut because of people in this major don't like raspberries (reading) all the time. They also have to write a lot too, so the raspberry filling is jam packed. English majors are still pretty sweet and still contribute to their campuses with their knowledge.

3. Education: Pink Frosted Donut with Sprinkles

Education Majors do a lot of work. They put in so many hours as this major and they get the opportunity to work with kids in a classroom setting. In the classrooms it is very colorful, so the sprinkles in the donut represent all of the vibrant colors.

4. Math: Apple Crumb Donut

Math Majors are interesting. They take all kinds of math classes and have to use a million different formulas for each. They also have to work with Pi which is pie to us. So math majors are apple crumb because it is similar to a pie.

5. Nursing: Coconut Donut

Nursing majors have a lot of classes that they have to complete before they apply to the nursing program. Some of the coconut flakes represent the classes, there is always a flake(class) that is required of them. The other coconut flakes are clinicals that they have to do.

6. Theatre: Chocolate Glazed Donut

Theatre majors have a lot of rehearsals and shows that they have to put on. The chocolate cake represents all of the rehearsals and run-throughs of the productions. The glaze over the top of the donut represents the final product of their productions.

7. Biology: Donut with Sprinkles inside

Biology majors have a lot of science classes that they have to dissect. The sprinkles on the top represent all of the science classes that they have to take. All of the sprinkles on the inside represent all of the labs and exams that they have to complete.

8. Psychology: Coffee Donut

Psychology majors are lovers of in-depth conversation, peaceful settings, and analyzing behavior. What better donut to describe them than coffee? All psychology majors need a little bit of coffee in them through a donut.

This is just some majors that popped in my head and made me think of the majors that are at my university. If yours is not on here what do you think yours is?

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
