"The Challenge" is a TV show on MTV where the cast of "The Real World" and "Are You The One?" compete in extreme challenges to try to win thousands of dollars. The past season of "The Challenge" ended last Wednesday and had the biggest back stab in the history of "The Challenge." The theme for this season was Rivals 3, where two people of the opposite genders who do not get along have to be teammates. Two famous challengers, Johnny Bananas and Sarah Rice, were partnered together.

Their rivalry began two challenges ago, on "Battle of the Ex's 2." Sarah had made the decision to send Bananas and his partner into the final elimination to make her chances of winning the grand prize better. Bananas was really hurt by this move and they stopped talking outside of the game. Bananas referred to Sarah as Judas and they thought that they would never be friends again.

However, this season, the viewers saw their friendship blossom again. They went from sabotaging each other in the first challenge to winning the most challenges this season. You wanted Bananas and Sarah to win. You really thought that they would win and be friends out of the house. Then, the biggest twist of the season occurred.

While the race for the first place prize of $275,00 was going on, you had a race within a race. At each check point, if you completed the check point faster than your partner, you would get a point. Whoever had the most points at the end of the race would decide if they split the money 50/50 or if one person would take the entire cash prize all for themselves.

The entire show, you were terrified that Bananas and Sarah wouldn't split the money. You knew Sarah would split, but Bananas is cut-throat. He avoided the question of if he would split it until the last minute. Bananas made a big speech about how their rivalry was over, but then he took all of the cash prize of $275,000 for himself and left Sarah with nothing.

My mouth dropped when he said this. Bananas wouldn't have gotten to the final without Sarah, and he just screwed her over. He plays it off on social media that he's rich, so screw the haters. But this crossed a line. He lost all of his fans in a single move and he screwed over the best partner he ever had.

I hope Bananas never comes back on a challenge after this. This was so immature and ruthless. You had a real friend and you put a price on that friendship. You can play it off and say I'm rich so who cares, but you're still living with your mom, while Sarah is married and going to grad school. I think we all know who the real winner is.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
