Why 'The Bachelor's' Corinne Really Needs A Nanny

Corinne has been getting a lot of hate for having a nanny and I think everyone needs to stop.

For anyone who is new to "The Bachelor," 30 women compete for the love of one bachelor. The women have to fight to get the bachelor's attention and more importantly a rose. The rose will save them from elimination, meaning they get to stay for the next week.

This week, as many people watched "The Bachelor," we all found out that the latest crazy, Corinne, has a nanny. A 24-year-old woman with a nanny?? Lots of people have been hating on Corinne for having a nanny but, personally, I say "you do you."

Look at this face. Does this look like the face of someone who can do things on her own?? Maybe so, but let's go with no. She needs her nanny, Raquel, to cut up her cucumber and vegetable slices because she who can make their own lunch.

According to Corinne, Raquel finds her happiness in doing things for Corinne and being her personal servant. Isn't she just the sweetest? She wants to keep her friend/ nanny happy--even if it is as her personal *itch. If Corinne sleeps at home as much as she does on the show, she definitely needs someone to do her daily tasks.

If you can afford to have a nanny for yourself and you want one, why not? Personally, I would not call her a nanny. I think personal assistant would do but that's up to the employer.

A nanny would make life so much easier. A nanny could buy groceries, do laundry,--basically do anything I don't want to do for myself. Some people have taken it so far as to make parody Twitter accounts for Corinne's nanny. My personal favorite is this Twitter account:

Rylee Bennet, ULM student says, "I wish I had a nanny like Corinne does. She is living the life. #blessed."

Rylee, like myself, believes that she needs a nanny. As college students, we eat crappy cafeteria food, get barely any sleep, and stress about classes. If I had a nanny, she would make me food and help me get to sleep at a reasonable time. I bet that Corinne's nanny even did some of her schoolwork for her, so that is a plus.

All in all, Corinne is lucky enough to afford her own nanny so I don't know why other people are hating on her.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
