All eyes are on what's won at the rich people prom aka Met Gala. Here's a top ten line up of this years most "heavenly" looks.

10. Rosie Huntington-Whiteley

Rosie’s jeweled capped gown is beautifully elegant, but her simple golden halo steals the show as she truly looks like an angel sent from above.

9. Anne Hathaway

Although Anne’s headpiece and overall comprehension of the theme doesn’t blow me out of the water, her gown is stunning on her. From color to flow Anne radiates elegance and certainly does look heavenly.

8. Lily Collins

Lily channels her inner priest with this gothic gown. The amount of attention given to her makeup certainly pays off as it makes her outfit different from the rest.

7. Prianka Chopra

Prianka truly looked like a jeweled beauty in her wine-colored gown and diamond encrusted veil. Not only does she look sleek, but she followed the theme subtly by letting a crucifix dangle from her hand.

6. Solange

Solange is all about pushing boundaries and that’s exactly what she achieved. In her all-black modern fit, she incorporated the theme “Heavenly Bodies” by adding an illuminating halo headpiece and a durag fashioning the term “My God Wears A Durag”. Urban style meets a maleficent goddess in this look.

5. Chadwick Boseman

Being the only male to land a spot on the list, all hail king T’Challa. In his sleek white embroidered suit he really does love like heavenly royalty in contrast to all of the men who opted for less than stellar classic black suits. This is exactly why he’s king...men step up your game, it’s MET Gala.

4. Ariana Grande

Ariana may have no tears left to cry, but I have plenty because this woman seriously stunned. With her staple ponytail she fashioned a bow along her dress depicting “The Last Judgment”. For her first MET Gala, she earns an A+.

3. Rihanna

The queen or in this case fashions new pope has arrived. Rihanna truly fulfilled her role as MET Gala’s hostess this year in her stunning studded ensemble. From her makeup to headpiece she cemented herself as a fashion leader (as if we already didn’t know).

2. Kate Bosworth

One of my favorites from the entire night, Kate Bosworth honestly looked so angelic. From her beaded veil to her frosty/heavenly clouded dress she allowed her baby-faced makeup to illuminate that of an angel. By being one of the first on the red carpet she set the standard high for the night.

1. Zendaya

Of course, we were all anticipating one of the most fashion-forward women of this generation and not only did she blow the bar out of the water, but she may have won the entire night. Fashioning a Joan of Arc-inspired look Zendaya balanced creativity while still sticking to the theme all in one go. I honestly can’t get enough of her looks, we love them, Z!

7 Ways to Make Your Language More Transgender and Nonbinary Inclusive

With more people becoming aware of transgender and non-binary people, there have been a lot of questions circulating online and elsewhere about how to be more inclusive. Language is very important in making a space safer for trans and non-binary individuals. With language, there is an established and built-in measure of whether a place could be safe or unsafe. If the wrong language is used, the place is unsafe and shows a lack of education on trans and non-binary issues. With the right language and education, there can be more safe spaces for trans and non-binary people to exist without feeling the need to hide their identities or feel threatened for merely existing.

Blair Waldorf
Stop Hollywood

For those of you who have watched "Gossip Girl" before (and maybe more than just once), you know how important of a character Blair Waldorf is. Without Blair, the show doesn’t have any substance, scheme, or drama. Although the beginning of the show started off with Blair’s best friend Serena returning from boarding school, there just simply is no plot without Blair. With that being said, Blair’s presence in the show in much more complex than that. Her independent and go-getter ways have set an example for "Gossip Girl" fans since the show started and has not ended even years after the show ended. Blair never needed another person to define who she was and she certainly didn’t need a man to do that for her. When she envisioned a goal, she sought after it, and took it. This is why Blair’s demeanor encompasses strong women like her.

If I'm not singing, I'm probably humming, sometimes without even realizing it. So as someone who loves to sing, these are some of the feelings and thoughts I have probably almost every day.
