The 5 Stages of Post Vacation Withdrawal

The 5 Stages of Post Vacation Withdrawal

1. Get home Stage

You've had a great couple days away from home but you're just wanting to get out of the airport or get out of the car and lay in your bed.

2. Go back Stage

Well you finally made it home and it's hitting you that your vacation is over and you instantly want to go back and soak it all up again.

3. The Pass Out Stage

You've gotten over the fact that you aren't going back in the next 24 hours and the vacation hits you right in the face and it all catches up to you and you sleep for the next 4 days.


4. The Withdrawal Stage

The sleepiness has finally worn off and you've realized you're sleeping in your own bed and not your vacation bed and it's simply upsetting. You're having major withdrawals and are ready to go back right now.

5. Reminiscing Stage

You've come to accept you aren't going back anytime soon and just have to relive it through pictures and memories. Posting every photo on social media is an acceptable way to do so.
