The 10 Best Fictional Couples Of All Time

Valentine's Day is around the corner, and though many will be spending time with their significant others, a lot of people will be getting their daily dose of Netflix. Let's be honest, there are a number of Netflix couples that we would rather live vicariously through this February 14th. Here are a few #relationshipgoals you'll be sure to swoon over.

1. Jack and Rose ("Titanic")

It is impossible to say that you didn't root for these two to be together the entire movie. Jack was the ultimate gentleman, and he and Rose together were basically meant to be since the first five minutes of the movie. You cannot top these two. Ever. (Even if Rose could've moved over a little bit to make room for Jack on top of that floating door...)

2. Noah and Allie ("The Notebook")

Anyone who says they didn't cry from start to finish throughout this movie is absolutely lying. Between Noah building Allie her dream house, writing her letters every day for a year and visiting her in her old age, I think anyone and everyone wants their own personal Noah. Though it did get as cheesy as cheesy can get, the whole "if you're a bird, I'm a bird" thing will never not be absolutely adorable.

3. Nathan and Haley Scott ("One Tree Hill")

There is no denying that Nathan and Haley were an absolute match made in heaven. She made him a better person, and I don't think it could have been humanly possible for him to love her more for it. Plus, Jamie Scott was the absolute cutest child to walk the face of the earth. Hands down.

4. Chuck and Blair ("Gossip Girl")

There is no couple more aesthetically pleasing than these two. Their on and off romance throughout the entire series kept viewers on the edge, and I think it's fair to say that everyone felt they are the King and Queen of the Upper West Side.

5. Meredith Grey and Derek Shepherd ("Grey's Anatomy")

Two beautiful surgeons who fall in love. Though it may not be the most realistic of images, Meredith and Derek are everyone's favorite on-screen couple, whether they're scrubbing in together on a surgery, or "having a moment" in the elevator.

6. Ross and Rachel ("Friends")

You can't watch "Friends" and not want Ross and Rachel to end up living happily ever after together. Whether they were on a break or not, them getting back together was the highlight of everyone's "Friends"-watching experience. He's her lobster!

7. Marshall and Lily ("How I Met Your Mother")

Marshall and Lily are the kookiest, "marry your best friend" relationship that we all know and love. They are the only people who can make nauseating nicknames (Marshmallow & Lily Pad) adorable.

8. Leslie Knope and Ben Wyatt ("Parks & Rec")

These two are the worlds most insane, driven and lovable people on TV. Between Leslie's absurd love for waffles and Ben's slight obsession with "Game of Thrones," the two are the perfect balance of weird for each other.

9. Luke and Lorelai ("Gilmore Girls")

From the first episode, the chemistry between these two is obvious. No matter who Lorelai is dating throughout the series' entirety, everyone waits patiently for when she and Luke finally end up together, so he can take care of her and her coffee obsession forever.

10. Tami and Eric Taylor ("Friday Night Lights")

Tami and Eric are the world's most perfect parents and have the ideal marriage. They make sacrifices for each other and make sure that everyone in their family, and on the Dillon Panthers, treats each other with kindness and respect.

Remember this Valentine's Day, you are not alone; you have your favorite Netflix couples to fawn over, and hope to one day get as lucky as they did.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
