Most of us have probably had a time where we got so caught up in something that we were blinded to everything else. Sometimes we only choose to see things our way and get a little too confident in our abilities. We get stuck in the "temporary high" of it all and fail to think about the consequences. Just like Icarus, we fly a little higher than we can handle, just to prove we can, but we may not be ready for the drop. Here's my performance at The Bitter End in NYC of a song that deals with that concept.
