In life, we all face struggles. Whether they are work related, family, money, or health-related, struggles are easy to come by. Most of the time, we feel alone and don't know how we can go about fixing these struggles. For some people fixing a struggle in their life may require self-reflection, for others they may just need a little push to jumpstart something new. Here a few TED Talks to put you at ease, inspire you, and give you a new outlook on life.
