Several days ago, I had the pleasure of visiting one of my favorite people in the world for a weekend getaway. Because this had been my first solo road trip, I felt a little bit anxious. Three hours on the open road all by yourself can be quite daunting (especially if you're traveling through unknown territory), so I knew I needed some sort of distraction. I don't know about you, but playing music for hours on end doesn't stimulate my mind, the radio can be awfully repetitive, and silence is simply not an option. So, I decided to scroll through the 'podcast' app on my phone in search of some captivating material and landed on some channels that truly opened my eyes. Though the drive was pretty uncomfortable and cold, these three stations helped to make it much more bearable!
