There are a lot of things about Supernatural that make us want to scream. You know them: the Scarecrow episode. The Hook Man. Sam. And not necessarily in that order, either. And amazingly, amidst the Wendigo and the pagan gods, somewhere in between the Supernatural fangirls and skin-walkers fall those little bits of comedy. All of the stupid little nicknames and side comments that just seem to make it all better. Yeah, sure. They're hunting the alpha vamp and it's all going horribly. Fine, Sam is stuck in the Pit and might not have a soul but hey. Dean's got Bobby on the phone so you know we're in for a good episode.

And so here are a few priceless moments to lighten your day in the way only the Winchesters can.

Soulless Sam is the best worst thing that's ever happened.

"My brother was abducted so I'm pretty good on the whole proof part."
"You're brother was abducted? Oh my god."
"It's fine. I mean, I've had time to adjust."
"Did it happen when you were kids?"
"No, like, half an hour ago."

(Season 6, Episode 9: Clap Your Hands If You Believe)

Scaredy-cat Dean was too pure for us and we didn't deserve him.

"Dude, you're going 20."
"And?"
"That's the speed limit."
"What? Safety's a crime now?"

(Season 4, Episode 6: Yellow Fever)

Bobby to the rescue with enough snark to take out twelve seasons of monsters.

"Do I look like a ditchable prom date to you?"
(Season 3, Episode 16: No Rest for the Wicked)
"Solid iron. Completely coated in salt. One hundred percent ghost-proof."
"You built a panic room?"
"I had a weekend off."
(Season 4, Episode 2: Are You There, God? It's Me, Dean Winchester)
"I can kill werewolves, fix a Pinto and bake corn bread. I'll be damned if I can't get zen."
(Season 7, Episode 19: Of Grave Importance)

Crowley, keeping it real.

"How's Hell, Crowley?"
"Hell's fine. Hell's like a Swiss watch. Don't worry about Hell. Hell's complicated."
(Season 9, Episode 23: Do You Believe in Miracles)

"Castiel. Haven't seen you all season. You the calvary now?"
(Season 6, Episode 10: Caged Heat)

"Too busy inflicting pain to answer. Leave a message."
(Season 9, Episode 16: Blade Runners)

Castiel. just. Oh sweet Cas.

"I found a liquor store."
"And?"
"And I drank it."
(Season 5, Episode 17: 99 Problems)
"Well, Dean, I've been thinking. Monkeys...are so clever, and they're sensible in that they leave the skins on the bananas that they eat. Is it really necessary to test cosmetics on them? I mean, how important is lipstick to you, Dean?"
"Not very."
(Season 7, Episode 23: Survival of the Fittest)

"Why are you squeezing me with your body?"
"It's a hug, Cas. I'm hugging you."

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
