the 9 Most Stylish Harry Potter Characters

While watching the film adaptions of J.K. Rowlings most beloved fictional series, I cannot help but to notice the detail and attention given to the wardrobe of each character and how it reflects their characters. The characters wardrobes and style stood out to me the most throughout the wondrous world of Harry Potter.

1. Beauxbatons Academy of Magic

This magic academy located in France is not only home to eloquent, talented students, but fashionable women as well. It's as if the girls who attend a destined to inherit a good sense of style. I mean just look at their uniforms.

2. Fleur Delacour

One of Beauxbatons' most notable alumni is most Delacour herself. Not only is she noticed for her bravery and courageous spirit, but for her great sense of fashion as well. This is best reflected in her wedding dress she wore at her marriage to Bill Weasley.

3. Luna Lovegood

Our favorite quirky Ravenclaw probably did not think much about her wardrobe choices, but rather what made her feel as authentic as possible. Thanks to her odd demeanor her sense of fashion was one of a kind.

4. Albus Dumbledore

Yes, the headmaster had style indeed. He earns a spot on the list because despite being centuries old he still manages to look well put together in his assortment of robes.

5. Bellatrix Lestrange

Even this evil winch has a sinister sense of style. I must admit that her black corset and disheveled hair was memorable. Who knew Harry Potter would create a goth icon.

6. Narcissa Malfoy

Unfortunately, I had to add this woman on the list. You cannot just overlook the fact that she was dressed to the T when giving her son over to the death eaters. It's as if every evil endeavor she had she made it her duty to look good while doing it.

7. Dolores Umbridge

Another individual that I regret putting on this list, though I can't lie that she had style. In the books, she was described as toad-like, but the juxtaposition between that and her overtly pink style is what makes her fashion all the more intriguing.

8. Gilderoy Lockhart

This character was just unlikeable all the way around so a great sense of style was about the only thing going for him.

9. Hermione Granger

Hermione was more focused on the books than fashion, but her descent into the Yule Ball cemented her place on this list and in the likings of the series most memorable moments.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
