With the middle of the semester just around the corner, it is time to reflect on how students generally feel at this time of the year. Classes are getting more in-depth and the word "exam" is being passed around.
Here are 5 things all students think near midterms.
"We are only halfway there"
GiphyHow is it not the end of the semester yet? It's only been 7 weeks (or so) but it feels like it's been years. Soon it'll be winter and then spring and then graduation and then oh no.
"Time to stress"
GiphyPreparing for exams is always nerve-wracking but especially during midterms when it comes to grades. What if you get an F? Time to get that grade up before the final.
"Should I drop the class?"
GiphyBy the time you get to midterms, you should know about the process of the class and whether it is a good fit for you. Some classes don't work out for everyone and if yours isn't the one for you then maybe you should look for better alternatives.
"This degree better be worth it"
GiphyCollege students endure all the stress of getting an education that many hope their degrees actually help them get a job.
"I'm tired"
GiphyThis one is just obvious. Students spent a lot of their time studying and hoping to do well. That is very tiring and getting close to midterms is one of the worst times.
Let's make for a good midterm!
