Finals week is a week of dread for many, but some find it to be a soothing end in sight kind of week. Whatever your opinion on finals week, you've probably at least met one of these people.

1. The Slacker

Giphy

They probably gave up on this semester a long time ago. But here they are, gearing up for finals anyway. And the crazy thing is, they're actually probably going to pass all their classes.

2. The Party Animal

Giphy

They view finals week as a vacation from classes, and sure, they have an 8am final on Wednesday, but the margaritas up town are half price on Tuesdays. Honestly, keep your priorities straight.

3. The Ball of Fear

Giphy

Maybe it's their first finals week, or maybe it's their last but whatever the case, they won't eat, sleep, or breathe until their last final's grade has been posted.

4. The Wishful Thinker

Giphy

Their grade is so low, they'll have to make a 128% on their final to pass the class with a 59.9 yet they're still headed to each test with hope in their heart.

5. The Coffee-holic

Giphy

They're currently shaking from coffee intake, and you're pretty sure they are living in the library... or maybe their car.

6. The Anomaly

Giphy

While everyone is dealing with the stress, this student shows no signs of fear. No concern for the week ahead, and no real understanding of what the other students are so concerned about. It's just a test right?

7. The Colored Pen Kid

Giphy

This one is ready to study and she has anything you could possibly need to ace your test. Rainbow pens? They have fifty different colors. Not cards? Do you need white, pastel, or neon?

8. The Camper

Giphy

They're waiting for their 8am final exam outside the building at 5am because "they need to get their seat" or "they study better on campus".

9. The Crier

Giphy

They've got so much pent up anxiety or maybe they failed their first final and they've got four more to go, whatever the case, maybe slide a donut or a kind word their way.

10. The Finals Week Fanatic

Giphy

I've only ever met one person excited about finals week. These people's grades are often impacted favorably after finals week. And honestly, I wish I was one of them.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
