Hey guys!

How is everyone?

Stressed. Yeah so am I. I'm so stressed that I happened to not post last weeks article and I have been turning in my other articles late and I am so sorry about that!

If your not stressed then you are so lucky! or your lying to yourself and deep down your crying because of how stressed you are.

Anyways, I'm here to give you advice on how to stay on top of your classwork. Yes, I know that seems tough right now because you probably got two 6 page essays do tomorrow or whatnot and math homework that runs like 100 questions each chapter.

Well... maybe I'm exaggerating a little or maybe I'm not. It honestly depends on which class, which professor, if you've been keeping up with it or not, etc., etc.

BUT I'm here to help you on how to stay on top of this stuff.

1. If you can get a planner!

Get a planner and put down your schedule of your classes. If you can't get to one right now then put it on your phone.

See how much time you have between your classes, what time is your extracurricular activities and what days they are on. Then schedule how your going to get homework for certain classes done. Put down the due dates of homework, essay, and quiz/exams

2. If you have a lot of time in between your classes like an hour or two then do some work from the previous class then. You don't have to do all of it then but at least you get something done.

3. Do it during lunch, especially if your eating lunch in your dorm. Obviously you have to be cautious to not get any food on any paper assignments but still you have time then to do it.

4. Do it after dinner when you have free time and are in the library ,if your library is open, or in your dorm or anywhere you can focus at that's quiet and good lighting.

Please try to stay on top of your work and go to class, if you go to my school a lot of the professors take attendance and they count it as a grade.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

Top 10 Reasons My School Rocks!

Why I Chose a Small School Over a Big University.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
