Sometimes I think winter can be the worst season. Nope, I know winter can be the worst season. When the hatred for winter kicks in, nothing sounds better than flying forward 5 months to the start of summer. Unfortunately, until then, coping with the unforgiving winter is a serious struggle.
1. Denial
I don’t really NEED to go outside. Who needs work? Who needs school? I definitely don’t need groceries either. I’m totally not even leaving my warm house today. Strike that — I’m literally not even leaving the house until March. Maybe April? Hibernation is the best. Bless you, fuzzy blankets, pizza and Netflix.
2. Anger
I’m getting real sick of you, winter. Snow is so stupid. The cold is so stupid. Why the heck do I live in the freaking North Pole anyway? I can’t wait for winter to be over because this is the worst. I hate this and I’m moving to The Bahamas. LOL bye endless blizzards. Won't miss you.
3. Bargaining
I swear if it becomes summer again right now, I will never complain about it being too hot ever again. Literally never.
4. Sadness
*Cries internally while watching 84 feet of snow pile up*
5. Acceptance
LOL jk. Acceptance = Spring.
