Many people are too caught up thinking about the past or the future that they forget to live in the moment and value the time now. My best advice is to start making the best out of every moment. Spend time with friends and family. Do things that scare you. Don't get too caught up in worrying about things that happened or will happen. Most importantly, live every day to its fullest because you never know which day is your last.
