"Han Solo: A Star Wars Story" just released and it exceeded my expectations. Up until maybe a month or two ago, I was not hyped for this movie at all. I thought to myself: "Why are they making this? I'll go see it but I am not really interested." This was until I saw some more trailers and I actually started to get excited. Beware, there is going to be MAJOR SPOILERS ahead.

This movie was an extremely fun and well-made movie for the most part, and if you were a fan of "Star Wars: The Clone Wars" and "Star Wars: Rebels," then you were most likely very happy towards the end of the movie. Even though this is a spoiler review, I am not going to ruin it. You need to see this for yourself. The story in this movie serves as an origin story for everyone's favorite smuggler. The movie starts on Solo's home planet of Corellia and these sections were my least favorite parts. These sections of the movie were good, but lighting wise, it was very very dark. During this section, we are introduced to Qira, who is Han's girlfriend, who gets left behind and ends up working for a man named Vass, a rich collector.

Han's last name was never "Solo." It was a name he came up with when applying for the Imperial Army. There is an amazing war scene between the Empire and some backwater planet named Mimban. This is where we meet Beckett, who is Han's mentor basically. We also meet the infamous Chewbacca, known as "The Beast." I really enjoyed these scenes because it reminded me of a World War I movie. It had such a gritty and dark feel, and Han befriending Chewbacca was a great scene.

There is a really good sequence where Solo and his friends are trying to steal Coaxum, which is a fuel for hyperdrives. Even though I know for a fact that Han and Chewie make it out alive, I was still nervous for them and on the edge of my seat. This was something that I really was not expecting.

We also get to finally see the Kessel Run, which was something that I always speculated. These scenes were really well done as well. I was on the edge of my seat for almost the whole time. The villain, Vass, was pretty cool. He was a rich collector/crime lord. The final fight sequence was very cool as well. I thoroughly enjoyed the fight scene with Qira, Han, and Vass. The twist that Beckett was working with Vass the whole time was very unexpected as well and Han murdering Beckett was even more unexpected. Qira talking to a certain ex-Sith Lord now Crime Lord was a very surprising scene.

This movie was pretty good. I wouldn't say it is as good as "Rogue One," but I think it is better than "The Last Jedi." I will be seeing this movie again, and I suggest you check it out as well.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
